Bob Westfall

President & CEO


In ten years of leading The Westfall Group, Bob Westfall has built one of the best known major donor fundraising consultancies in the country. More important, he has helped raise more than $275 million for ministries and charities as diverse as Food for the Hungry, Opportunity International, Westmont College, BMW Foundation and many others.


Before launching The Westfall Group, Bob served in an extended career at Walk Thru the Bible, working first in publishing, and then becoming the youngest person there ever to be promoted to Vice President.


It was as the Sr. Vice President for the Office of Advancement that Westfall helped raise over $50 million (while increasing the major donor constituency by over 800%) in under 10 years.


But Bob admits that his greatest achievement is his family. His wife and business partner, Kim, keeps him anchored and on track. And with four children—Brittni, Jessica, Austin, and Alyssa—they both have their hands full.


What little spare time Bob has is divided between the tennis courts and the golf course.


Kim Westfall

Vice President of Client Service

 

Since coming to The Westfall Group in 2006, Kim Westfall has planned multiple major gift events as well as coordinated fund raising campaigns with most of our clients. Driven by a commitment to excellence, Kim’s team coordinates complex logistics with extreme professionalism—executing literally hundreds of details for each event. Kim has 13 years of experience in the non-profit sector, and also serves as President of Westfall Events, working with the for-profit sector.


Wayne Antworth

Consultant


Before joining The Westfall Group as the lead consultant for several key clients, Wayne was already one of the most experienced fundraising and development professionals in the nation. Wayne is also an ordained pastor in the Reformed Church in America.


For over 25 years, he has assisted more than 30 churches and organizations with capital campaigns for building projects, debt reduction, and other ministry programs. He has helped plan countless annual and planned giving programs, and led workshops and seminars on strategic planning. Most recently he assisted in the completion of a $10m campaign for Lancaster Bible College to fund the building of a new Information Commons. He is currently working with the BMW Foundation on a $7m campaign completing a pre-campaign feasibility study.


Best of all, Wayne Antworth is an experienced, hands-on professional who spent most of his career sitting in your chair. He served as Director of Communication and Development and President of the Reformed Church in America Foundation for 19+ years. Wayne was also the Minister for Stewardship, Special Gifts, and Administration at Marble Collegiate Church in New York City, and for 4+ years he served as the Vice President of Philanthropy for Guideposts and President of the Guideposts Foundation.


Thy Heng

Accounting


Thy, pronounced “Tee,” is known for his excellence in Finance and Technology. He brings to the team over 8 years of accounting experience working in Accounts Payable and Receivable, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, with a concentration in Computer Forensics. Give him a task and he will surely figure out a solution.


He is a young and outgoing gentleman who seeks to drive business toward productivity and efficiency, and whose hobbies include but are not limited to motorcycles, sports, and technology.


Tiffany Vazquez

Client Service Associate


Tiffany serves as Client Service Associate for The Westfall Group. A proud recent college grad majoring in Organizational Communications, Tiffany is basking in the glow of her job here at the Westfall Group and feels blessed to be a part of an organization that is raising money for organizations that enrich people’s lives every day. Handling the odds and ends in all it takes to prepare for a major donor event she is a natural goal seeker and thrives swimming in the details that it takes to put on a Westfall donor event from start to finish. 


Sarah Richards

Director of Client Services


Sarah is an alumna of University of Georgia (Goooooooo Dawgs!) and the Westfall Group’s Director of Client Services. Before joining our team, she worked in the fast-paced world of the glitterati as Vice President at Anne Barge, a purveyor of fine bridal gowns. There she headed all production, working directly with factories, suppliers, and vendors and traveled often between China and New York. She transitioned to handling the ins and outs of Westfall Group major donor events in March 2011 and never looked back. Now, she enjoys working side-by-side with our clients to make every event perfect.


Sarah is married to Ryan and together they have a dog-son named Sam Calgione Westchester Richards III. Sam is their only pooch, but Sarah has been known to say, “if it wasn’t weird, I’d have 15 dogs.”


In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching Downtown Abbey, Pinterest, and #hashtagging.
